Our non-profit organization PLAMIENOK n.o. takes the protection of your personal data and maintaining of its confidential character very seriously and we follow the relevant domestic regulations and European legislation on data protection.
We would like to bring to your attention, as our clients and donors, the information regarding processing of your personal data by non-profit organization PLAMIENOK n.o., CRN 36077259, Zadunajská cesta 6/a, 851 01 Bratislava – Petržalka, Slovak Republic, registered by Regional Authority in Bratislava on May 30 th , 2003 under no. OVVS-594/94/2003, www.plamienok.sk (hereinafter referred to as “PLAMIENOK n.o.“) as the operator of processing the personal data in accordance with § 15 of Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain laws, as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as "Law on Protection of Personal Data").
PLAMIENOK n.o. does not provide any personal information to other intermediaries or third parties, nor it performs a cross-border transfer of your personal data, except in cases where PLAMIENOK n.o. is required to do so by the relevant legislation, in particular by the Law no. 576/2004 Z.z. on healthcare, services related to health care and on amendments to certain laws 448/2008 Z.z. on social services and on amendment and supplementing Law no. 455/1991 Coll. on Small Businesses, as amended, and Law no. 578/2004 Z.z. on health care and on amendments to certain laws.
PLAMIENOK n.o. processes your personal data, particularly for the purposes of performing the duties of PLAMIENOK n.o. under the relevant legislation (see the calculation above); for purposes related to internal management and organization of PLAMIENOK n.o.; and possibly in order to contact you during fundraising activities.
PLAMIENOK n.o collects and processes personal data to the extent indicated in the abovementioned legislation and to the extent in which these personal data will be provided to PLAMIENOK n.o. by you personally via letter, electronic or telephone communication.
Legal title to the processing of your personal data by PLAMIENOM n.o. is the relevant legislation (see calculation above) or your voluntary consent, in case you provided it to us. Your personal data are processed by PLAMIENOK n.o. using manual and automated means of processing personal data within the information system of PLAMIENOK n.o.
PLAMIENOK n.o. respects the rights and safety of your personality and privacy by their actions. When processing personal data your rights as a person concerned are listed in § 28 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
As a person concerned and based on conditions specified in the Act on the protection of personal data, you have the right to request in writing a confirmation from the operator whether your personal data are processed or not; to require information in generally intelligible form on the processing of personal data in information system; accurate information about the source from which your personal data were obtained for processing; list of your personal data that are subject to processing; to require correction or disposal of your incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal information that are subject to processing; or if the purpose of processing has ended, a person concerned has the right to require the disposal of their personal data that are subject to processing; if the law has been violated, as a person concerned, you have the right to require blocking of your personal information due to consent withdrawal before the expiry of the period of validity, if PLAMIENOK n.o. processes personal data based on your consent; and to object to the processing, use or disclosure of personal data for the fundraising activities.
The mandate to collect your personal data on behalf of PLAMIENOK n.o. is granted to authorized persons (employees of PLAMIENOK n.o.) as per labor legislation; e.g. Law no. 311/2001 Z.z. Labour Code, as amended, or as per the employment contract between the authorized person and PLAMIENOK n.o. You have the right to demand disclosure of the identity of the authorized person who acquires personal data from you on behalf of PLAMIENOK n.o.
